Natalie started her yoga journey in 2017 and after her first class, instantly fell in love with the practice and the flow of movement. Yoga has not only been a physical way of channeling energy and being active, but a mental practice that has taught her the importance of self love, gratitude, and healing. She got her 200 YTT certification with Virginia Gallagher with Sweat & Soul University in March 2021. Natalie is a full time pastry chef and enjoys whipping up something in the kitchen. When she's not working on her yoga practice, she's either relaxing by the sea, climbing a mountain, or itching to go on her next adventure. She loves creativity, flowing to good tunes, and staying active. Catch her in a hot yoga class at the studio or teaching and dancing to the playlist!
