After years and years of physically pushing myself to the limit, on the athletic field, in the gym,


and in my career as an ER nurse, an inevitable neck surgery in 2019 forced me to slow down.


Rolling out a yoga mat proved to be more challenging than expected, not only physically, but


mentally as well. When I finally allowed myself to let go be still, the magic happened. As I


dove into my practice, I began to peel back layers of my past self, releasing stored stress,


sadness and anxiety, which left me feeling a powerful sense of calm and peace. Taking what I


learn in the yoga room and applying it to my everyday life has been life changing. I completed


my 200 YTT certification with Sweat & Soul University in February 2024. I am excited to help


others discover their authentic selves through powerful movement, music and motivation,


healing our minds, bodies and souls together with lots of sweat, hard work, laughter and love.


When I’m not on my mat, you can find me goofing around with my family, friends, 2 Catahoula


leopard dogs and 2 cats, being a complete nature nerd, camping, watching hockey, lifting


weights, reading or crafting.
