In this training you will learn:

-How to facilitate a sound bath

-How to integrate sound healing into your practice

-Learn the history and science behind sound healing

-Introduction to a variety of sound healing instruments

-Learn body positions and prop use during a sound bath

-Hands on practice time with instruments in groups and one on one

Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards continuing education requirements.
