In this 25 hour in depth pre-recorded lecture series on the study of the subtleties and influences of the energetic body through the Chakra system, Virginia Gallagher will provide you with an 84 page manual and 25 hours of lecture and discussion. This course has both theory and practice presentations. It gives a clear look at the theories of the chakras and how they are experienced.

Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards Yoga Alliance continuing education requirements.
