15 hours | LSD Teacher Training | Southern Pines

Cost: $300 per person

Become certified to teach LSD (long, slow, deep hips class) with Brady Gallagher in this 15 hour module. (LSD) Long, Slow, & Deep is a set sequence designed by Bryan Kest. He calls this class a paradox, and by far the most difficult class he teaches, yet “You don’t really get off your butt the whole class.” It is an utterly potent practice that does not focus on strength, endurance or even building much heat. After this 15 hour training, you will be able to deliver to your students LSD...an experience with realizable benefits from holding poses and giving large muscle groups much needed release. Hours can be used towards a 300 hour certificate through Hot Asana Yoga University or towards continuing education requirements.
